2007-2008 Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Caravan Minivans
A refining of the breed: better engines/transmissions, added conveniences like a diaper changing station?, and roll down rear windows.
Chrysler has to reinvent in order to stay ahead of the Japanese competition. With Ford and GM headed toward crossovers, DCX has to compete mainly with Toyota and Honda (and to some degree, Nissan: the new Quest interior looks great and should help the struggling van). An added bonus would be the VW minivan contract which would add volume for Chrysler's factories.
Stow 'N' Go was a real stroke of genius for Chrysler, just like "Magic Seat" was for Honda years ago, and has given life to the current generation of vans. If Chrysler can add innovations like this, increase performance/economy while upping fit and finish, I see no reason why they cannot continue to lead the market.
There is some speculation that Kahuna styling cues could make it to production.
