Consumer Reports Drives the smart fortwo
Consumer Reports picked up a fortwo in Montreal with the help of the Canadian Automobile Protection Association.
You can read their full review by clicking here, but I think this paragraph sums up their opinion:
In our initial mixed driving, we have observed an excellent 45 mpg average. But, there is a high price to pay for the mileage, with sacrifices in dynamic performance, interior space, and price. Ultimately, the Smart ForTwo is a fashion statement best made in congested cities.
Pictured is a fortwo grandstyle that features special dark green metallic bodypanels and "styleline" alloy wheels. Beige leather interior featuring heated leather seats, interior door trim with beige leather storage compartment, black leather-effect instrument panel and silver contrast components. Sure, the grandstyle may be loaded, but does it have a Dawson's Creek Trapper Keeper Futura S2000 with On Star?*
*If you don't get that reference, well then, you just don't :-)
