The GTC's claim to fame is the panoramic windshield that "extends seamlessly from the bonnet to over the front seats." There is an electric shade with integrated sun shades to create a traditional windshield header when the need arises. I've taken a closeup of the track for the shade so you can see how far it comes down. There have been some rumors that when the Astra makes its way to the states as a Saturn the panoramic windshield might make an appearance. It sure is a cool feature, one that is certain to show up in other cars in the future.
