More B-Class Fodder
On the heels of the WSJ article that cites Dieter's interest in bringing the B-Class to the USA now Automotive News is reporting in its 5/21 issue that Mercedes-Benz may bring the B-class small car to the United States, as well as an SUV smaller than the M class.
Well, the smaller SUV isn't really news. We've seen spy shots of the "MLK" or whatever it will be called for quite some time.
I am supportive of the B. I got to check out a nice metallic black model that looked quite sharp. However, I'm just not sure it would be best served in MB showrooms. I think that the fledgling smart network would be hungrier for such a car.
Of course, with the current situation of the Dollar/Euro we might have to wait until the next generation B is ready. The next A/B Class will cost less to manufacture and that should make it more attractive for US sale.
