Here's an update on the Pilot. A "concept" version of the 2009 Pilot will be unveiled at the January 2008 North American International Auto Show. From this sketch the next Pilot certainly looks to be more butch. Nice glass roof on the concept, hopefully this will make it to production. One of the big attractions, for me anyway, would be the availability of a diesel engine. Honda has confirmed a diesel Accord, and all signs point to diesel Odysseys and Pilots being available as well.
Hopefully the homely Ridgeline will inherit some of this styling bravado.

It's All Honda, All the Time this week. The Accord reveal, '08 model info and now Temple of VTEC has a couple of pix showing a heavily clad Pilot undergoing testing.
I can't really get that worked up over the current Pilot. All I see is the lost space that you could have had with the Odyssey. But the Pilot is AWD and I guess to some folks it looks "hipper."
