Speeder: Don't Taser Me Bro!

The video, taken from Trooper John Gardner's patrol car, shows him drawing his Taser after Jared Massey refused to sign a speeding ticket Sept. 14 and walked away from the officer on U.S. 40 in eastern Utah.

This sure looks like a case of excessive force, but the driver isn't without fault. Sign the ticket and then go back and photograph where the speed limit signs were placed and let a judge decide. I have never seen a case where someone can argue their way out of a police officer writing them a ticket.
