Been Caught Stealing...

At some point do you just give up on life and say "Screw the consequences?" It would appear that one such person who felt this way was a Michigander who decided to steal from a police car that was parked behind a police station.

A police officer leaving the station at around 2:30 a.m. saw a stranger exiting marked patrol vehicles. The officer saw a large bulge in the man's coat sleeve and found that the coat contained two police flashlights and one very stupid man.
