British PM To Get Electric Limo?

Given the British Press' penchant for sensationalism, I wouldn't place all bets on its PM getting electric or hybrid transportation. However, UK Prime Minister Brown has a desire to make Britain the electric car capital of Europe and what better way to promote it than by being chauffeured around in one?

I'm not aware of any bullet-proof electric limos currently on the market, so this would definitely be a special edition.
