Flex designer no longer with Ford, reasons unclear - Automotive News
Richard Gresens has left the building, at least Ford's building. Rumors that chief designer of the Flex had crossed over to Flex Magazine have proven to be completely false. Did he feel that he had been boxed into a corner? No word from Ford as to why he left, but I'm sure they tried to be flexible.
All kidding aside, The Detroit Free Press did report on Saturday, July 26, that Gresens leaving was a result of Ford's efforts to cut salaried-related costs by 15 percent. Ford has not confirmed that this was the case and only stated that Gresens has left the company.
