Maybe It Can Fly As Well? "110 MPG Mustang"

Engineer Gets 110 MPG Out Of '87 Mustang - Automotive News Story - WKMG Orlando

"Pelmear, who lives in Napoleon, Ohio, has tweaked his Mustang to get 110 mpg, making the engine nearly five times as efficient as a traditional gas engine, he told the Toledo Blade newspaper"

Yeah, what's great about this article are all the factual details: NOT. All sorts of folks, making amazing claims, come out of the woodwork at a time like this. I guess there are a few chuckle points: "400 horsepower, goes well over 100 mph and can go from zero to 60 mph in three seconds" and yet capable of 110MPG. The above photo is a random picture, not the "110 MPG" model.
