You don't see that many cars the the "Limited" or "LTD" tag-line anymore, but there are plenty of low volume vehicles sold with the promise of a limited edition run. One such vehicle was the 2007 Roush Stage 3 Blackjack Mustang that was sold for $59,000 and supposedly limited to 100 copies. However, when 2008 rolled around another 100 copies were produced by Roush Performance Products. The lawsuit is seeking class-action status. Ford issued the following statement when questioned about the lawsuit, "We have not had an opportunity to review the lawsuit, but for clarification, these are special-edition, Roush-produced vehicles. Ford does not advertise or directly sell these vehicles."
