The Winglet looks like a cheap knockoff of the Segway. It's slower (3.7mph) and doesn't look so stable to me (the demonstrator appeared to be worried about his safety). The Winglet comes in small (18 inches), medium, and large (3 feet 8 inches). The smallest model weighs in at 22 pounds and can be packed into a bag.
