2010 Ford Mustang Teaser Shots

Nothing exclusive here...Just the same shots you've seen everywhere else, but with my comments! The current generation Mustang really wowed a lot of people when it was first shown. It was and still is a good looking car. Ever mindful that competitors will try and steal its lunch money, Ford is giving the Stang a buff and polish. One of the obvious improvements will be interior materials. In my conversations with Ford officials they have acknowledged that "everyone wants soft touch plastics" so look for the 2010 Mustang to sport such materials as well as most future Ford products.

The exterior of the car certainly won't be a radical departure from the current model and I have to wonder if it will be enough? This market segment is really only so big and the Dodge Challenger and Chevy Camaro will be taking slices out of the Mustang's pie. I look forward to seeing the Mustang at the LA Auto Show, but I'm keeping my expectations realistic.
