Bay Area Loses 3 More Dealerships

Three more car dealers have bitten in the dust in the Bay Area: Colma Buick Pontiac GMC, Good Chevrolet in Alameda and Los Gatos Chevrolet. Statewide in California most of the dealerships closing their doors have been domestic brands. It's not big shock to anyone driving down the street, domestics simply don't make up as much of the car population as they once did.

Nearby Menlo Park has lost its Chevrolet, Buick, Pontiac, GMC, Cadillac, Ford, Lincoln and Mercury dealers in short order. In their place has sprung up a Tesla dealership and the possibility of a GM auto mall (but GM's plans have been stalled).
