Since Ford is the least in need, its plan is probably be the least drastic of the bunch. We've pretty much heard everything already: small cars coming, Volvo is under the microscope, etc. etc. Ford did mention in its report that should it have to tap government bridge loans, CEO Mulally will word for $1/year. Ford will also sell its five corporate aircraft, hopefully we won't hear any more about these jets going forward and can return to worrying about cars and trucks.
Ford hopes to see profit once again when 2011 rolls around. There are also details in the report about Ford's hybrid plans, but again, nothing shocking (pun intended).
You can read more about Ford's plans by clicking to view this media release. Of course, I'm waiting for the real fireworks: GM.
