Mmm...Structural sandwich

The CTS-V is Cadillac's barnstormer, with enough horsepower and torque (556 horsepower, 551 lb/ft.) to pull my imaginary boat over the steepest mountain pass.

During the construction of the hood, the inner and outer portions of the hood are fused together and then sealed with a rolling hem, which allows for high-precision and quality along the edge. After the hood construction is complete, a personalized quality check is performed to ensure the hood meets the Cadillac's standards. The assembled car is then driven to my house where I personally check it before it is shipped to the dealer.

Okay, I made that last part up.
