Remember me? Toyota Prius commercial ranks number one in most-liked new TV spots


Third generation Prius commercial is a hit with TV viewers.

Toyota's “Harmony Between Man, Nature and Machine" marketing campaign for its third generation Prius has yielded a winner. In the number one ranked spot, a white Prius drives through landscape of people dressed as plants, water, and clouds. Nielsen IAG ranked the commercial number one as the "most-liked" new TV advertisements. Only new ad executions, aired during the weeks of May 4 to 31, 2009, were considered. The Prius commercial was about 70 percent better-liked than the average new commercial.

My favorite part of these commercials is that they say "Dramatization" at the beginning, as if anybody would expect people in strange clothing to pop up all over the place whenever they drive a Prius.
