Almost sounds like french fries, no? A company called Extreme Sportscars will sell you a kit to convert a Peugeot 406 into a Ferrari 360 replica. The results look to be quite presentable for a cost of around 6,000 GBP (that would be about $9,000 US) for the main components (plus donor car, etc). How would you like to have a four seater, hatchback Ferrari? I could never do it, but for those who would, they now have a very convincing option. Could you bring a 406 over to the states sans running gear and then slap this thing together with a new powertrain, the new body, call it a kit and get around a lot of restrictions? I'm just wondering out loud here. Click here to check out the car in further detail.
