China to Overtake Germany as Third Biggest Car Producer
It looks like China is doing quite well in its long march to the top of the automotive world. This year China is on track to produce 5.9 million light vehicles whereas Germany is around 5.38 million. It will be awhile before Japan and the USA feel the heat with respective numbers of 10.63 and 11 million, however that day could come soon enough.
The above figures are courtesy of Polk Marketing Systems of Essen, Germany. Thanks to Joe for the tip.
