Power to the Peeples: Woman Causes "Katrina Style" Damage

Witnesses said that Gloria Peeples was going around 80MPH before she crashed through a garage and then out the back and into another house. Ms. Peeples claimed that she wasn't able to take her foot off the accelerator.

"The last time I saw damage like that the house was in New Orleans after Katrina. I couldn't believe how that garage exploded and the amount of wood that was around her in the car and for her not to be hurt, that's incredible. Airbags undoubtedly saved her" said Caleb Bias a neighbor who lives a few doors down from where the crash happened.

Amazingly no one was seriously injured. Investigators are still trying to figure out why Ms. Peeples was unable to lift her foot off the pedal.
