Len Hunt Gallups To a New Position

"Gallup Inc. has tapped longtime automotive executive Len Hunt to expand its automotive consulting business. Gallup, known for its media polling and consulting services, is expected to announce on Friday, June 20, that Hunt has joined the company as a partner at its office in Irvine, Calif."

When he was with VW of America, Len pushed for the 5 Door GTI to be brought to our market: two points to Gryffindor. While he was with Kia he advocated for the Soul--a much better looking Scion xB: Gryffindor wins the Quidditch World Cup.

I'm happy to see that Len has landed on his feet, but sadly he is a bit more removed from the automotive scene. I wish him all the best in his new position. It saddens me when people who I regard as having a good handle on product such as Len and the ever resourceful Wolfgang Bernhard find themselves in the back seat. All of that makes the product achievements of someone like Bob Lutz all the more impressive.
