For a brand that was looking quite beleaguered just a year or two ago, smart sure is showing the world a new side. According to a report in Auto Motor und Sport, Daimler is looking to boost production for the lilliputian car now that its French factory is nearing capacity. Asia or the United States could be in the running for the new plant. Why not Mexico I wonder? In any case, I'm sure that Chrysler would be happy to build it!
