Okay, so I'm have a bit of fun here...Obviously Michelle Rodriguez is not an East Palo Alto parolee, but soon those who are will have the opportunity to work for the California Department of Transportation at $10 an hour as part of a new work pilot program. If it helps keep these folks out of trouble, I'm all for it!
