Heal the Bay Gives Away a Ford...

...car, not a Ford family member. To be more specific, Heal the Bay will auction off a fully accessorized 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid at the May 28 event. Elena Ford, the great-great-granddaughter of company founder Henry Ford and current chief of global marketing, is scheduled to be on hand to auction off the car.

I'm not quite sure Heal the Bay chose a rather dead looking fish for its logo, but whatever the case, I suppose it's a worthy cause. The Bring Back the Beach Gala is the West Coast’s largest environmental fundraising event and has sold out the last four years.
