San Francisco, usually a City of limitless understanding and compassion, has started clamping down and some of the very things that make the City such a blast. First SF tried to get its mitts on the Bay to Breakers race, reigning in drinking and public nudity. Now, Chief No Fun of the I Don't Wanna Tribe is trying to require a costly permit for the loosely organized Potrero Hill Big Wheel race, in effect killing the race. The reason? Side events, such as, gasp, pillow fights, are costing the City too much money.
I have only one question to ask, "If the City can't regulate a "flash mob" pillow fight, what chance do we have against hardened criminals?"
