File this bit of news in the "No Surprise" category. The 2010 Sienna will receive no equipment or pricing changes for its swan song year.
What should we expect for 2011? So far the mules that we've seen driving around have been wearing current sheet metal, so we don't know for certain what it will look like. As for improvements, just towards the Venza, Highlander and RX350 for clues. Minivans are looked at as an appliance by many, but manufacturers can make mistakes: Nissan went too far with the Quest and the previous generation Chrysler minivan was accused of not going far enough.
Toyota currently holds title as the only minivan to offer AWD, so expect it to keep that title on the mantle. More than likely a hybrid version will appear. Will Toyota up the ante in terms of on board entertainment ala Chrysler and it's multi-screen, hard drive wearin', live TV showin' super extravaganza? I for one hope they will, but don't get your hopes too high.
