Witnesses say it sounded like an explosion. Driver Sandy Creswell isn't quite sure what happened. Somehow Creswell drove her Toyota RAV4 off a parking structure and crash landed three stories below. Queue the "Oh What a Feeling" quip. Paramedics say Creswell has a few broken ribs and possibly several other broken bones. Given the terminal condition of the RAV, I'd say she got off lucky.
