States' Get Their Emissions Mojo Back

President Obama is once again setting the stage for states to set their own, more stringent auto emission rules. No shocker here and one that will undoubtedly be contested. My big dream is that one day, the U.S., Canada and Europe could all agree on one set standard for emissions. This harmonizing of regulations would save untold billions of dollars and the environment would greatly benefit as well.
