Tragic end to this story where a truck went against the direction of traffic for TWENTY minutes at HIGH SPEED before going over an abutment. The truck hit a concrete guard rail on an exit ramp near Edmonton, Alberta, became airborne and fell onto railroad tracks, before exploding.
While some cars were clipped or forced off the road, no one but the truck's driver was injured. The driver, a diabetic, may have gone into hypoglycemia and become confused and sleepy. An autopsy of the driver may shed more light on the matter.
