The WSJ is running a blog series called "On the Road in India" that follows a blogger on an "Auto-Rickshaw Challenge" between the cities of Chennai and Mumbai (about 1200 miles). What caught my attention was a picture of the auto-rickshaw's fiery death after the writer lost control of the vehicle and skidded into the ditch. I have found the posts to be entertaining, if not completely unbiased.
