Getrag says that it is shocked, shocked I tell you, that Chrysler has left it at the altar with a mostly build plant in Tipton, Indiana that was designed to build fuel-saving dual-clutch transmissions. Given the dire situation that Chrysler is in, I can't see how anyone could be all that shocked about anything that it might announce.
